Octave Mandolin - NEW (070227-MO)

STATUS - SOLD

Octave Mandolin. Made in China. Setup in Australia. Solid spruce soundboard. Tuned G-D-A-E, one octave down from standard mandolin tuning - same as tenor banjo or irish bouzouki. Top two courses steel. Bottom two courses wound and tuned in unison. Other tunings are possible.

Purchased new from an American distributor. Received in excellent condition. Required fret dressing, minor nut and bridge filing. No other work required. Tested okay to offer for sale by Dane Clarke at the workshops of MandoHarp Australia in Nambucca Heads.
